The Yukaghir are one of the oldest peoples in North-Eastern Asia. Originally they lived over a huge territory from Lake Baikal to the Arctic Ocean. By the time of the first encounter with Russians, Yukaghir were divided into twelve tribes with around 9,000 people. “A wiki article” Stefan Syn Volstoka is an Yukaghir. His real name is Yakut Yakub.  Only sixty-two people remain from his tribe that still speak Yukaghir. Stefan picked Matt Marov for a mission long ago to Argentina. He has now enlisted his help again for his caviar business. He also has chosen Matt because his best friend is Bill Slovak, the son of a Russian Mercenary Soldier that is a hero of the Russian People. Bill’s father was from Slovakia, of course. Imagine that. Bill and Natalya team up to fight off the Russian Mafia.
